Excel Career College has been a leader in providing superb hands-on skills and experiential learning coupled with work experience terms for thousands of students since 1989. This nimble model has been developed by fostering ground-breaking relationships with both industry sectors and employers, as well as First Nation’s communities.

From recent high school graduates to international students or those seeking to shift careers, Excel’s Comox Valley, Victoria, Langford, Kelowna, Williams Lake and Cranbrook campuses offer high quality, industry lead programs built to secure in demand careers.
Excel’s training courses include both in-class and practicum components so students can apply the knowledge they learn in the classroom to a workplace setting. This comprehensive approach takes less time than other college programs and Excel’s smaller class sizes allow for a more personal and interactive approach to instruction.

Excel Career College is designated with the Private Training Institutions Branch under the Ministry of Advanced Education, and maintains representation with the BC Career Colleges Association, the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business and Education Quality Assurance for accepting international students. The College is a designated institute through the BC Student Assistance Program (Student Aid BC), and all diploma programs offered at Excel qualify for funding options.

Excel is proud to have received recognition for their extensive work in the education sector including:

  • 2022 Business Examiner - Professional Business of the Year Award – Excel Career College
  • 2021 RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Award Nominee – Pauline Stevenson, President and Founder
  • 2020 BC Businesswoman of the Year Award – Pauline Stevenson, President and Founder
